Is Usertour really free?
Yes, Usertour provides a real free plan without time limit. Once you sign up, you automatically subscribe to our Free plan.
What counts as an MAU (Monthly Active User)?
A user is considered active if they visit your app where Usertour is installed within the last 1 month. This count is a rolling window, not fixed to specific calendar months. For example, if today is the 15th of April, we're looking at user activity from the 16th of March to today. So, if you have 10,000 users in your database and 6,000 of them signed into your app in the past 1 month, then you have 6,000 MAUs.
Can i remove the "Made with Usertour" branding?
Yes, when you buy a Growth or Enterprise subscription you can remove "Made with Usertour"
How many views can my flows get?
Unlimited!
